Please note there will be imperfections on each handmade ceramic piece. Wash about three times before use, there might be smoke left from the firing. Cure with running hot water for a minute before use. Holds hot and cold water. Hand wash only, no dishwasher. Handle with care. The interior of the mug is not polished nor glazed, the interior is made of pure mud clay. This will affect the taste of your drink, but is not harmful. You will taste the natural pure mud clay which contains good minerals for your body; such as magnesium and calcium. After a couple uses the taste will go away.
