Because each of our pieces is so uniquely handwoven and imported straight from Oaxaca, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We make sure to check your pieces are delivered in perfect shape. There are also NO ADJUSTMENTS AVAILABLE, we make sure to be as thorough as possible with sizing description. There are also NO EXCHANGES AVAILABLE. These rules exclude customized orders. If you have placed a customized order and would like a return or adjustments, please feel free to email us or contact us via Instagram. Local return and/or exchange may be excluded from the policy, please contact via email.

Lost or Stolen Package?

After each piece is shipped we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages. This would be under the responsibility of the shipping carriers. Each piece is 100% insured. Please file a claim via the shipping carrier assigned to your package using your tracking number. You should receive a refund/reimbursement from the shipping carrier.
